One of our favorite ways to spend an afternoon at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is to visit the Teton Boat and Bike Rental where we can rent a watercraft or a bike. You can rent several types of water craft and explore Bay Lake or the Seven Seas Lagoon or you can rent a bike and take a tour of the grounds.
Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a great resort for families, and not just because of its close proximity to the Magic Kingdom. There are so many activities for families to enjoy together that it's almost a guarantee you'll never hear the phrase "we're so bored!" From the pool to the Boat and Bike rental, the possibilities for fun and adventure are endless.
If there's one thing you need to do while you're on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, it's find time to just relax! You know the routine - you're always on the go, trying to make your ADR or your FastPass+ time, or rope drop. But every now and then you just need to CHILL. And the Wilderness Lodge has some great places for that!
Whispering Canyon Cafe is now using "communication flip cards" so you can let the servers know if you want to join in the fun or watch from the sidelines! What do you think about this change - will you continue to join in the antics at the restaurant or will you choose to watch from the fences?
Disney's Wilderness Lodge was recently named one of the Top 25 Best Hotels for Families in the United States by Trip Advisor. It was one of five Walt Disney World Resort hotels to make the list - and one of only three deluxe WDW resorts on the list! Congratulations to our favorite hotel! The Silver Creek Springs Pool at the Wilderness Lodge has reopened and the biggest change to the pool is that it is now fenced in! What are your thoughts on the addition of a fence around the pool?

Guests at Disney's Wilderness Lodge can take part in some fun Halloween activities including trick-or-treating around the resort! A character meet-and-greet is also planned for Halloween night. No activities are planned at the Silver Springs pool as it is still closed for refurbishment.
